CONCLUSION
The wireframing phase for RadioAirplay Pros focused on translating user research and early concept sketches into a visual structure that prioritized clarity, functionality, and the needs of both indie artists and platform administrators. I designed a series of low- to mid-fidelity wireframes in Figma. My goal was to ensure a frictionless navigation. These quick iterations helped define which features artists would rely on most.
RadioAirplay Pros was an incredible opportunity to dive deep into the independent artist ecosystem and understand how technology can bridge the gap between talent and exposure. The experience taught me how powerful UX design can be in empowering artists to manage their own careers,

RadioAirplayPros is a digital platform providing radio airplay services to independent artists. For this project, the goal was to completely redesign their e-commerce website to better showcase their services, simplify the user journey, and reflect the brand’s professionalism and energy within the music industry.
The original site had outdated visuals, cluttered navigation, and a lack of clear calls to action. It didn’t feel trustworthy or aligned with the needs of artists looking to invest in their careers. My objective was to deliver a layout that built confidence, communicated value quickly, and improved overall usability—from browsing packages to checking out.
This redesign was not only to improved the look and feel of the site but also help solidify RadioAirplayPros as a professional and reliable brand within the indie music space.
Through heuristic evaluation and user feedback, I identified major pain points—unclear pricing, hidden service packages, and low brand trust. I also studied competitors like UnitedMasters, TuneCore, and DistroKid to analyze their use of visual storytelling, testimonials, and intuitive user flows—elements RadioAirplayPros was missing.
To gain a deeper understanding of the artist's journey and platform pain points, I conducted a series of one-on-one user interviews with both current and prospective users. From those insights, I created an affinity map to identify themes around accessibility, trust in music promotion tools, and overall UI confusion. I crafted a detailed user persona representing an artist manager looking to grow their artists audience and navigate digital radio with confidence.

Throughout my UX/UI design journey, I’ve utilized a range of foundational design artifacts to create intuitive, user-centered experiences. My process emphasizes empathy, clarity, and iteration—turning insights into scalable solutions through the following key elements:
Created user flows focused on the artist's onboarding experience, breaking down paths for uploading music, choosing campaign types, and receiving results. Each flow emphasized reducing friction and making artist wins feel tangible through progress indicators and milestone celebrations.
I began with rough paper sketches to map out artist dashboard essentials, prioritizing intuitive navigation for campaign status, feedback, and radio engagement. These quick iterations helped define which features artists would rely on most.
